Dr. Sprenger grew up in Northern California, and is an avid mountain hiker. He has climbed hundreds of ​peaks both locally and around the world. For Dr. Sprenger, summitting mountain peaks serves as a metaphor for the reward of success that comes from goal oriented effort. This is incorporated into the style and theme of Summit Behavioral Wellness.
